Reverse Family, Colin Blunstone and Henry Gross

On 23rd October, Geoff & Ade spoke with Dermot from The Reverse Family, as well as Colin Blunstone and Henry Gross.

Dermot Illogical came in to the studio to talk about his solo project, Reverse Family, which features collaborations with an array of other musicians. His sound is described as “a lo-fi exploration into an experimental DIY web of sounds and flavours which is hard to pin down but certainly embraces everything from post punk and noise pop to indie and old school punk”.

Colin Blunstone shot to fame as lead singer of The Zombies, and began a solo career in 1969 under the name Neil MacArthur. Since then he has also worked with The Alan Parsons Project.

New York born Henry Gross was the youngest performer at Woodstock, aged just 18, and was the founder of the group Sha Na Na. He had a big hit single in the UK with ‘Shannon’ in 1976.
