Alan D Boyd, Jason Lent, Tony Visconti, Rosco Levee, Rick Allen & Lee Shapiro

Interviews from 18th May include Alan D Boyd live in the studio, Jason Lent of The Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas, Tony Visconti, Rosco Levee, Rick Allen of The Cavern Beatles, along with Lee Shapiro of The Four Seasons.

Alan D Boyd is a music and film maker described once as being a "first port of call for fresh and cool music; be it an orchestral score or the simulation of a punk rock needle drop... a versatile and passionate talent.”

Jason Lent is the Operations Manager for the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas.  Featuring 42,000 square feet of pure unadulterated rock n' roll, the cafe, located next to the MGM Grand Hotel, provides three-floors of non-stop action and features the world's largest Rock Shop. An interactive "Rock Wall", interactive "Microsoft Surface" tables, hi-speed Internet access, a contemporary lounge and bar, and patio dining are here to experience while enjoying an unobstructed view of the world famous Las Vegas Strip

Tony Visconti is an American record producer, musician and singer. Since the late 1960s, he has worked with an array of performers; his lengthiest involvement with any artist is with David Bowie: intermittently from Bowie's 1969 album Space Oddity to 2013's The Next Day, Visconti has produced and occasionally performed on many of Bowie's albums.

Guitar drenched, Hammond infused, with hints of the best of 70’s British & American Rocking Blues in a Woodstock meets The Raconteurs kind of way, Rosco Levee & The Southern Slide boil over with flavours of London and the Mississippi.  Rosco draws comparisons with Clapton and Kossoff and has a stage presence reminiscent of Steve Marriott, yet the band have a style, sound and soul all of their own.  Tipped by Classic Rock Magazine as one of the hottest bands to watch in 2014, this band is peerless in their genre and have a string of Festival and shows in the UK and Europe.

Lee Shapiro is a music producer, arranger, and musician who has been involved in the New York music scene for over three decades. After Frankie Valli’s road manager saw him perform at a club in New Jersey, Lee became one of Frankie Valli’s celebrated Four Seasons as both an arranger and on keys. He toured the world with the band, performing classic hits and acting as the musical director and arranger on others including “Oh, What A Night” and “Who Loves You.” These experiences gave Lee the vehicle to meet and collaborate with a wide variety of stars including touring with Tommy James as one of the Shondells, co-producing the score to “Copacabana the Musical” with Barry Manilow, and collaborating with true music icons such as Bob Gaudio, Charlie Calello, Jimmy and Jerry Vivino, Paul Schaffer, and Will Lee. After retiring from The Four Seasons, Lee went on to form Lee Shapiro Music, a creative company providing music for advertising and the media. The multi-talented Lee, who is the inventor of Rock N Roll Elmo for Fisher Price, has also had his inventions sold on QVC.

Rick Allen plays as George Harrison in The Cavern Beatles. There have been many Beatle mimics over the years, some have been more successful than others.  It is significant that the only such group to have received a review and photograph in the "Beatles Book", has been the Cavern Beatles.  The afore mentioned magazine has been published every month since 1963 and is distributed worldwide.  It has to be said that they are not usually impressed by Beatle impersonators, the Cavern Beatles appear to be the exception.
