Riding a blues-tinged psychedelic rock train right through Nashville and Motown. Mollys Daggers were founded in the bosom of Molly Malone herself. Not the legendary Irish fish selling lady of the night, nor the silent movie film star of the 1920s, but the equally infamous Essex public house.

Spike Edney is an English musician who, since the early 1970s, has performed with a number of bands, most notably with Queen, where his participation started in 1984. He was unofficially deemed the 5th member of Queen because of the amount of concerts played with them. Spike can be seen on Queen's Live at Wembley Stadium DVD, playing guitar on "Hammer to Fall," and piano on both "Crazy Little Thing Called Love" and "Tutti Frutti.".  In 1994, he formed SAS (Spike's All Stars), a band with constantly fluctuating personnel, including musicians from Queen, Whitesnake, Free, Roxy Music, Toto, Spandau Ballet and solo artists including Fish, Roy Wood, Leo Sayer, Kiki Dee and Paul Young. In 2011, she guested on blues-rock guitarist Mick Simpson’s album, ‘Cruel World’, singing lead vocals on the track, ‘Find Another You’. This was followed by a featured vocalist spot on the 2013 single release, ‘Lady Sings The Blues’ by Mockingbird Hill, this track was a huge success, hitting number 1 in the German pop jazz radio chart, beating the likes of Katie Melua and Jamie Cullum.
