Liam Kinslow, Fraser Roskilly, Arya Groggin, Kyp, Chris Farlowe & Chantel McGregor

Interviews from 5th October include Liam Kinslow & Fraser Roskilly of Flash Fires live in the studio, Arya Groggin of Skindred, Kyp of the venue Mr Kyps, Chris Farlowe, along with Chantel McGregor.

FlashFires are Alex Gonzato, Fraser Roskilly, Jon Cullis, Liam Kinslow and Toby Bartlett. Friends from school, FlashFires have a unique bond that shines through in their song writing and their live shows. Despite being young, they are writing tunes that their older peers can only dream of, a bold statement perhaps, but one that is fully justified. Sitting somewhere on the indie/rock spectrum, their own self-proclaimed brand of Fire Indie Disco, FlashFires are here to have a good time and everyone is invited.
Unrestricted by genre, the band are all music fans with eclectic tastes and are not frightened to take risks and test out different styles and sounds in their compositions.

Skindred is a Welsh rock band formed in Newport, South Wales in 1998. Skindred's musical style mixes heavy metal, alternative rock and reggae. The band also integrate elements of hardcore punk, dancehall, jungle, ska, hip hop, drum and bass, dubstep and various other influences into their music. Skindred are well known for their energetic and involving live performances, and have won several awards including "Best Live Band" at the 2011 UK Metal Hammer 'Golden Gods' awards and the "Devotion Award" at the 2011 Kerrang! Awards.

Mr Kyps Live Music Venue has been a cornerstone of live music culture in Bournemouth and Poole since 2002, and has since become a regular fixture on the itinerary of national and international touring bands.

Chris Farlowe is an English rock, blues and soul singer. He is best known for his hit single "Out of Time", which rose to number one in the UK Singles Chart in 1966, and his association with Colosseum and the Thunderbirds. Outside his music career, Farlowe collects war memorabilia.

Chantel McGregor attended Leeds College of Music where she achieved a number of awards, including the Leeds College of Music Prize for Outstanding Musicianship. She gained a First Class Honours degree in Popular Music in July 2009, and has gone on to develop a career in the UK and international blues music scene, performing solo and with her band. In 2011, she was voted "Young Artist of the Year" at the British Blues Awards, and in 2012, she was voted "Best Female Vocalist" at the British Blues Awards.[2] In 2013 she won two categories, "Guitarist Of The Year" and "Best Female Vocalist", at the British Blues Awards.[3] and again won the "Guitarist Of The Year" category in 2014.
